Contact the Dog Crate Site

Email [email protected] for questions about dog crates, a correction, or a problem with the site. That address is the only way to reach us.

We are not a store. We do not sell crates, hold stock, or ship anything. We cannot change or cancel a retailer order, and we have no access to order details.

We do not run a phone line, call center, or live chat. If you write in about a specific page, include the page URL so we can find it.
